Writing down To-Do List


I used to maintain a bullet journal, very lovingly called “BuJo” some time ago. I had it for almost 7 to 8 months.

Every night or early morning, I would write down the things that I wanted to do that day. The list won’t be that long, but it would have some very routine stuff like the daily chores, a short shopping list with just a couple of items and what I had for lunch and dinner. The weekend list would get long, but it had pretty much the same things every time.

Then, as I said, after doing it for 7-8 months, I got a bit overconfident. I felt like I don’t really need a list. I do the same things every day. How much difficult it can be? What is the point in writing down the same thing every day? And I stopped.

And today after like 5 months, I am back to starting the BuJo!

The Beginning – What it is to be healthy?


People often think that being healthy is just eating healthy food like fruits, boiled veggies, baked products without fats and then exercising a lot by going to the gym, doing cardio, doing Yogasans etc. We think it is about keeping watch on sugar and calorie contents, not overeating, having no layers of fats on the body.

But being healthy is more than that. Being healthy is about feeling healthy. It is not about what we eat or what we do. It is more about how we feel?
